Discover The Everything App
Everything you need to know
The Everything App is a wellbeing and lifestyle platform for
NHS staff
and their families. It offers on-demand and live-streamed
content, with
discounted local activities and services coming soon.
The app was originally called DoingOurBit and then rebranded to The Active Hub.
As the platform evolved to include a wider variety of content and providers, we chose a new name –
The Everything App – to better reflect its scope.
Yes, absolutely! Fitness and wellbeing remain at the heart of the app. In addition, we’ve expanded
the content to include areas like business coaching, personal development, and family-friendly
activities.
We chose The Everything App because it reflects our mission to provide NHS staff and
their families with a wide variety of on-demand and live-streamed content – covering physical
health, mental wellbeing, learning, and personal growth all in one place.
The app is available to all NHS staff and their immediate
family
members. Access is granted via NHS email or verification
process.
You can enjoy fitness classes, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition,
and
more—streamed live or available anytime on-demand.
It’s completely free for NHS staff and their families. Some
local
services may include small charges, but most of the app is
free to use.
Live sessions can be joined directly from the app. Check the
schedule,
set reminders, and access sessions from your phone, tablet,
or laptop.
Soon, you’ll be able to book discounted access to gyms,
fitness classes,
wellness sessions, family activities, and helpful services
near you.
Yes! NHS staff can invite their immediate family to use the
app and
enjoy the content and discounts available.
Most sessions require little to no equipment. If anything
specific is
needed, it will be mentioned in the class description.
Keep your app notifications turned on, and you’ll receive
updates via
in-app messages and emails about new content and features.
The Everything App is developed by a team of wellbeing
experts and
digital innovators, evolving from the Doing Our Bit
initiative to better
support the NHS community.
