Physical activity supports mental wellbeing. Whether you’re looking for a short, energetic workout to boost your mood or a more relaxing session to calm your body and mind, this selection of #DoingOurBit sessions, ranging from 10 to 25 minutes in length, could be just the tonic you need. With support and understanding, Mind enables people to make informed choices. The Infoline gives information on types of mental health problems, where to get help, drug treatments, alternative therapies and advocacy. Mind works in partnership with around 140 local Minds providing local mental health services.
